Default Upgrading thoughts

I currently brew all grain 5 gallon batches..out of a 10 gallon mash cooler and 10 gallon pot..i was thinking of purchasing a 15 gallon pot to do double batches(10 gallon) i generally make just pale ales and run of the mill ipas..nothing high gravity..my question is on the size of the cooler i will need..70 quart..80 quart?.. i have everything else figured out except that and how to go about sparging it..what would be the recomended sparge setup..any input would be great
