Just curious if anyone out there has made this yet? I have a 5 gallon batch that i am going to bottle tomorrow. I was just wandering what people did? Did you carb or not carb? I haven't tasted mine yet. I will be taking a sample tomorrow to see if I need to backsweeten or not.
Secondary: Apfelwein, Pear Wine, Traditional Honey Mead
Bottled: Shot In The Dark, Drunken Emu Mississippi River Water, Skeeter Pee, Simple Hefe, Oatmeal Stout
Future: Drunken Emu Hard Cider

What is the recipe for that dude. I've bever herd of it.

You will probably want to post your question in the kombucha and fermented tea forum since this question doesn't pertain to wine so to speak.

ETA: even though the recipe is listed under wine recipes
