Default Gelatin in Corny

I decided to use some gelatin for the first time. I secondary in a corny. Usually I pour the first pint with a lot of sediment then it's pretty clear.

Something I didn't think about was, will it clog my pick-up tube? Or, can I just push it out with the first pint?
