ok so I only have a mini fridge available, and I want to brew a lager. I am going to brew a 2 gallon batch. I decided on an Oktoberfest. I have tinkered with my recipe and using some recipes on this website, have come up with this
1. Does this recipe look ok?
2.Is there anything different I need to do from just normal BIAB instructions for a lager?
3. Is there anything else I should know or do to make this a success?
