Default The $29 float switch for sparging

I've almost got my brewery completely automated, the only thing I was missing was a float switch for the MT to maintain the mash level while sparging. The mash fluctuates less then an inch with this switch and if I shut off the sparge the HLT automatically shuts off also.

I checked eBay and found a SS ball float for $10 and a solenoid valve for $19. so it ended up being a pretty cheap and easy project.

Here is the float switch in the MT...

and the solenoid valve on the HLT...

I installed an outlet on the side of my control panel to plug both of them in so they are easy to disconnect.

Here is the float switch on the sparge arm..
