Looking at brewing a dortmunder thought about adding kiwi concentrate in my recipe. Make it a nice spring seasonal any thoughts??

I think fruit in any lager is odd.

I've made a kiwi wheat, it was just alright.

I made a Lime Ale that is pretty good. Nice and crisp for summer drinking. The kiwi sounds interesting. Let us know how it turns out if you do make it!

Have you tried squeezing a single kiwi into a glass of dortmunder to see how it works together?
