The moral of the story is: Don't toss a cider that is not immediately appealing. Age it and if it still tastes like crap, add some stuff to it. We are scientists. Drunk scientists.[/QUOTE]
I especially loved the moral to this one. I have a Pear cider that I am doing just that with. Aging, taste if I don't like it; add something to it or let it set some more. I am a student at heart, always learning something.
The apple on the other hand is just about gone
Thank goodness I have other batches going.
