Default Washed yeast sandwich

Some how my trub ended up in the middle of my washed yeast lol. Is this ok? Should I shake it back up? Has this happened to you?

I would say about 4 hours in the fridge. It's hard to tell from the close up, but that's just a regular cleaned, boiled, and sanitized spaghetti sauce jar.
