Also looks like your beer "cellar"!

BTW - you might consider hooking up some blow-off tubes. Would hate for a fermentation eruption to make a mess of your fermentation chamber.

What do your friends think about your clothes smelling like fermenting beer? I know my chamber gets quite an aroma going with a couple primaries bubbling away....just saying, I guess it's all about the beer

I set my fermenter in one of those plastic storage totes - contains a mess perfectly and still fits inside the closet
