Default Smokey Apricot Ale on Bottling Day

Howdy,

I bottled a Smokey-Apricot Wheat Ale today, (smoked malt, honey malt, DME and dried apricots) and whilst sipping the half-bottle last bit from the bottom of the barrel, it occurred to me that the color and flavor was everything I imagined it would be and more.

Here's a picture:

(picture isn't working so good...)

The flavor uncarbed is really fruity, smokey, and sweet. SWMBO was surprised by how good it was. I think she actually almost liked this one. Smoked malt really goes well with sweet apricots, and the beer will be a hit, I'm sure!
