Default Making two different beers with one 10 gallon batch

I'm ready to step up from 5 to 10 gallon batches, but i'll be splitting the 10 gallons between 2 fermenters. For my first brew i want to make an IPA or pale ale. What are some of your ideas for using different yeast and/or dry hops to make the two a little different?

I would try a US-05 versus Nottingham comparison. Ferment them at 62 F.

You could play around with the dry hops. Make one citrusy, one earthy or some variant like that.
