finally bottled this brew
made several changes to the recipe based on what was available
replaced one of the hops with wilimente, dont remember which one because i dont take notes but i think it was the fuggle
used a British ale yeast
and used mostly dme
the fuggle returned for the dry hopping (purchased the hops later)
looking forward to drinking it in a couple of weeks
I would wait it out and let that gravity come down a tad more. If it's still bubbling a lot it's still fermenting. Colder ferm temps will take longer. I highly doubt its ruined... just need more poatience grasshopper.
