I have a recipe that calls for 8oz of Malto Dextrin and 4 oz of Lactose. Aren't these about the same?
I shy away from Lactose because of lactose intolerance which I have come in contact with when sharing.
So if I dropped the lactose could I add Malto Dextrin? What's the difference ??
