Hello all, I have made maybe 25 or so batches and have a pretty good track record so far of good beers. I mix AG with kits so some beers can be done with a shorter brew day. I made some Irish Blonde a while back and while I liked it the wife was just so so. So on to Frankenbrew. Over the weekend I did 10 gal AG cream ale on Sat and wanted to brew on Sunday afternoon. I had a Kolsch AG and an Irish Blonde kit. I just mix the two to make 1 10gal batch. I mashed to get 7 gal of AG wort and added 6 gal for the kit. Any you guys have any idea of what this mix may taste like?

Sounds like beer to me!
I'm not drunk, I'm from Wisconsin.
We have been out drinking your state since 1848!

I think it will be fine, the real flavor deciders here will be your yeast choice and wether the hop flavors were ones that go well together.
