I'm hungry and a little buzzed.
The perfect snack.
2 onions (red in this case) Thin sliced.
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon garamasala
1 tablespoon gram flour
1 teasponn water.
Add all ingredients minus water
Sqeeze mixture to release moisture from onions and bind flour.
Add water as needed.
Form into balls
Deep fry at 175C untill golden brown.
Serve with more beer and a sweet chili sauce.
