I think I failed to adequately mix my priming solution into my ImPaled Ale
prior to bottling. Some bottles are carbonated and some are only very slightly carbonated (no indication of infection).
Usually I add the priming solution to the 5 gallons of beer in the bottling bucket (so I can take a gravity reading without priming sugar), then gently stir in the priming solution. Anyone have a more effective method of mixing?
