Default critique my first AG/SMaSH recipe

Marris Otter/Cascade SMaSH APA

Fermentables
Weight (lbs) Grain Gravity Points
6.00 Maris Otter 49.4

Hops
Weight (oz) Boil Time
0.50 Cascade 60
0.50 Cascade 15
1.00 Cascade 2
1.00 Cascade 0
1.00 Cascade Dry Hop

OG 1.049
FG 1.012
IBU 40
ABV 4.8 %
SRM 5
Boil Volume 4.25 gallons
Batch Size 3 gallons
Yeast SAFALE US-05
mash temp 153*F

used a water calculator and it said i'd need 5.88 gallons, i rounded up to 6 for ease of measuring
2 gallons mash
4 gallons sparge

seem okay? if so i can use this as a template for 3 gallon SMaSHs and be on my way!

Reason: forgot mash temp

If you want nit picking, I would ditch the 2 minute addition.

Depending on your preference, you may want to drop your ibu a few, maybe even to around 30ish if you are looking for a balanced brew. I've always been nitpicky with that though.
