Default Pale Ale

I need some help. I wonder if some one would be kind enough to run this recipe & tell me if it will work.

7 lbs Breiss 2 row base malt
1 lb Crystal 50-60L
12 oz Malted Wheat
1 oz Mt Hood
WL001

Thanks

Run it? Like through a program? I use Hopville.com

I'm starting to realize it's pretty hard to mess up beer.

I'm pretty sure it would work. Question would be how would it taste.

Assuming you mash correctly it will work. Seems like kind of a bland recipe though. Guessing og would be around 1.040

I think it needs a pound or two more grain, and another ounce of hops. My $.02

I have been using edwort's Bee Cave Brewery Haus Pale recipe, and i think it's great

yes - 2 pounds more grain, an extra ounce of hops up front, + 1 oz for the last 20 minutes and 2 more ounces for 2 minutes at the end, left in for 30 minutes before recovering the clear wort.
