Default Accidently dumped chips

While making a Pinot yesterday I cut open the wood chips to add, not realizing until later when I was cleaning up that it was actaully a woodchip teabag that I cut and dumped in. What might the ill effects of putting the chips directly into the wine fermenter?

They will clog up your racking tube, but not a big deal.
