ok i'm new so sorry for the noob question but what dimensions should the labels be for a 12 oz bottle?

well that all depends on the shape of the bottle. a modelo bottle and a bud bottle won't use the same shape/dimensions. it also depends on if you want the label to wrap around fully or not.

here are some "standard sizes"

basically...i'd pick a commercial label you like and start there...tweak as necessary.

3.5" by 5.25" is what I use.
