never seen a commercially sold one, but a one foot length of silicon hose does the same, for uhmmm... cheaper.

I don't get that either... 1ft silicone $2.40 :?

The fill tube appears to come with a fitting that mates the faucet to a hose barb, hence the extra cost. That said, most brewpubs just use a chunk of tubing. Still, this is cheap, and would probably provide a faster change out.
