I have 10lbs of MO 2 row in the mash tun right now sitting at a perfect 152. Now when i start my boil i have some CTZ hops and some Perele, any suggestions on a hop schedule. and don't worry i love it hoppy! any advice is appreciated.
Primary 1 - AG IPA
Primary 2 - AG oatmeal stout
Secondary 1 - autumn amber ale
bottled- russian imperial stout, fat tire clone
