Default 2012 Bluebonnet Brew-off

Who's entering this year? I saw they had 1774 entries last year, so there must be alot of us in this comp. Entries are due by this Friday 2/24/2012.

I'm entering an Amber Ale I brewed a few weeks ago.

I thought about it since it's the local competition but the only beer I have on hand that I think would be worth entering is my lambic but I don't want to give up bottles. I am considering attending but it will probably be a last minute decision based on my schedule.

I am planning on entering in 4 categories. Shipping it out tomorrow, just want to check on the carb level of the beer I pulled from my kegs today.

I have three entries and I am dropping them off at Homebrew Headquarters tomorrow. It should be FUN!

Just sent off my "yeast samples", I hope they don't get damaged. Anybody going to be at the events?
