Default Enjoying Mead

So, I just received a bottle of mead. I've never tried mead before, so I've come here to ask how everyone else enjoys theirs. Is there a certain glass/mug you use? Do you drink it at room temperature or chilled? Do you enjoy any certain snacks with it to enhance the flavor (champagne/strawberries)?

I think wine glasses are the norm but since mine are packed away, I usually drink mead from a brandy snifter. I prefer chilled.

I've had it chilled, room temp & hot with spices...
Out of those I think slightly chilled would be my fav.
I drink mead from a wine glas, except if it's hot, then a coffee mug.
Regards, GF.

I really enjoy warm cider in the winter, and I think I could get into some warm mead. What kind of spices do you usually mix in, or does it depend on your specific mood and mead?

In the depths of winter, warmed mead can be great to warm you up. Otherwise I prefer it chilled. Oh and usually in either a wine glass or a lowball glass.
