Default commercial to homebrew kegerator

Hey all,
I want to brew my buddy a batch of beer for his birthday. He has a commercial kegerator (the one with the one tap that has the ball valve on it). I know that most of the home brew kegs have a pressure in and beer out set up. Is there a way that i can use the existing part to tap? or would i have to get a new assembly for it?

Well, either you find a commercial keg and fill it with your brew, or you'll have to convert some of his lines to your cornie keg. I have ball locks and use this kit to swap between commercial and homebrew in my keggerator.
