We freeze JUST the crust.


It takes no time to smear some sauce and sprinkle cheese.

I think the OP is looking for a viable option to freeze left over pizza that they've already made.

If that is the case, I would think the only viable option would be to vacu-pack it. I am not sure how it would turn out.

You need to bake the pizza crust partially, add the toppings, quick freeze, then vacuseal it.

Thanks for the responses. I was thinking of frezzing parts individually and then put it together and freeze it. I will give it a shot and let people know.
