Default Alcohal content after bottling

I recently bottled my second batch an amber lager Sam Adams clone an now 4 weeks later I'm enjoying the fruits of my labor. My question is this can I get an accurate alcohol reading if I take a warm un-chilled bottle and do a hydrometer ready for ALC %

Cooper Pilsner
Keg: Opa-Opa Strong

only if you took a reading of the unfermented wort first

I did is there a formula? or do I just take it for the face value of the hydrometer

OG - FG x 131.5 will get you close.

Did you take a gravity reading of the beer before bottling it? If so you already have what you need to calculate ABV% and add 0.25 - 0.5% for what the priming sugar adds to the batch.

you will need to de-gas the sample first...the CO2 will throw off your reading.
