Okay! I finally did my first batch of beer yesterday.. I have been around here for a while.. did some meads and an Apfelwien batch.. but Yesterday, with the assistance of my brother-in-law-to-be I brewed up an Irish Dry Stout.. Don't remember all the details and don't have my notes with me but I hit my intended OG dead nuts on. the recipe range was 1.041 to 1.045 I got 1.043!!
Okay... just thought I would brag some..
Upcoming: Berry Melomel, Coffee Cream Stout, Plum Mead, Acerglyn.
Fermenting/Bulk Aging: Spiced Cyser, Grape Pyment, Sweet Mead.
Bottled: Maple Porter, Honey Red Ale, JAO, Pear Mead, Sweet Zinfandel.
