I second for BeerSmith. It even has a scaling function to easily go from 5->1 gallons or any other way

ok, i'm trying the beer smith trial now. it definitely seems a bit overwhelming at first. ill play around with it for a while to see if i get the hang of it.

I really like Beersmith it's a great tool. You'll figure it out.

Watch the videos on the beersmith website. Brad, the creator walks through setup and the basic uses of the software. I found them very helpful. I'm a visual learner so it helped that way too. I eventually settled on beer alchemy for Mac and iPhone. I really like that program.

Use the help feature to set it to your equipment. Helped me a lot. Make your one equipment profile and mash profile.
