Tasting Notes:
-------------------------------------------------
At 4 weeks in the bottle, dark golden-amber, very bright but lots of sediment. Very little head, clings to edge and forms "island" in center of glass. Good clean ale scent with little yeast and a distinct light fruity hop aroma. Excellent body with lingering spiciness. Initial balanced malt-and-hop taste with lemony overtones, fading to fresh-green-plant tones from hops. Rich, moderately dry finish with lingering hop spiciness.
