Just finished up my second brew. Shot in the Dark by South Hills Brewing. All dry ingredients with a wet yeast that had to be made into a yeast starter(my first yeast starter). It has chocolate and coffee in it.
I starting making beer about 3 weeks ago. Talk about an addiction. I currently have 2 beers in primary, 1 is ready to bottle. Two wines(raspberry/pear, strawberry/raspberry) in carboys. Making a pear wine tonight. I also have Skeeter Pee and Apfelwein in carboys. I'm making Drunken Emu's Mississippi River Water tonight and next Sunday I will be making Drunken Emu Hard Cider.
