I wonder if anybody have Heat Capacity and Heat Transfer Coefficient for 1/2 barrel SS kegs converted to mash tun? BeerToolPro allows you to do calibration through experiment. May be somebody calculated the values and can share them. From my first experience with a keg as a mash tun - it has significant impact esp. at higher temperatures.
