Was getting things together for this weekends brew and realized I pitched a Neobritannia smack pack instead of my Trappist smack pack into the Patersbier I brewed last week, lol. Oh well should be an interesting mix. Now I need to run by the LHBS to grab some yeast for this weekend.

haha good times. I have woken up before after brewing wondering if I even pitched yeast into my beer.

Actually it was my first starter... I was paying more attention to the process than the ingredients.

Hmm, sounds like you'll get an estery, pilsner-esque beer. Could be quite refreshing.
