I recently completed my first all grain and decided to try one out after a little over two weeks in the bottle. At first it tasted alright, but then it tasted like I was eating hops (fuggles). The inside of my mouth seemed to get coated with a thin layer of something that tasted like hops. Will this mellow with time? What caused it? It is quite harsh tasting.
