Default I love Simcoe Hops

If you have never used them, you must give them a try. The first beer i brewed had 3 grams of simcoe in it and it taste amazing.

Try a combo of Simcoe and Amarillo. Great classic combo...

Wow - 3 whole grams? How big was that brew - one quart?

ya, i meant ounces. May have had a few brews in when I wrote that. It wont be the last time that happens.
