I'm wondering if doing a timelapse video of fermentation would

a) look interesting.
b) look like brown gonk in a bottle with just a little foam appear an disappear.

I can either do it with a GoPro or a webcam.

Not sure if it's worth the effort though, and I don't have a clear carboy yet.
