HOPS:

OTHERS:
2oz Oak Chips - 4 weeks
Irish Moss

Single infusion mash, 154° target, 60 minutes

NOTES:
Good body, great color, fresh, citrusry flavor. Was not dry-hopped. Very well-balanced. Oak is not terribly noticable. A bit more hop-pronounced than originally intended, but a very clean-tasting, yet full-bodied, beer for everyday drinking.
