I had this made with Kentucky Moonshine.
1 gallon apple cider
1 gallon apple juice
Mix all ingrediants except Everclear in a large pot, warm up and adjust taste to apple pie flavor. Cool in an ice bath in the sink, add all everclear. Mix it up, and pour back into the apple juice containers, or what ever you want to use. Put in the closet to smooth out for a few weeks.....and thats it. Hot Apple Pie. They will never know what hit them. Sip it slow, it wont take a lot.

2ndary: Low Gluten IPA, Bourbon Oak Aged Vanilla Porter
Kegged: Sh*tty Orange Hefe, Una Mas Cerveza, Smokin Hot Blonde, Belgian Dubbel
