Picked up some Nugget Nectar and La Folie. Making a 1056 starter when I get home for a weekend IPA brew.

I moved my 10% Apfelwein out of the basement so that it'll carb up and I can pasteurize it.

I brewed a 10 gallon citra ipa and bottled five gallons of apa. I also drank the last bottle of my first batch, a robust honey porter, and am building up the yeast.

Bottled my 5 gal batch of Irish red ale. Cleaned all my equipment for next brew sessions, a summer Australian lager.

Brewed an IPA to use up some of the leftover specialty grains I had laying around (including some flaked oats). So we'll see how it turns out.

Put the finishing touches on recipes for my next couple batches.

Drinking a couple homebrews.
