Dumpedboiling water into a Buffalo Trace Barrel to be used for a friends and I's brew. Get it swelled and rehydrated then brew. Can't wait. Went to local craft brew pub and had a few.

Why can't every day be a Brew day?

Bottling a raspberry wheat. Not really my favorite beer, but I throw a lot of BBQ parties and it's a hit with the friends. So I always try to have some on hand. Though this time I got lazy and just did a quick extract brew.

Picked up some supplies to make a Belgian Tripel.
Removed the labels from some old bottles, and racked my latest batch of beer to secondary.

Answered an unexpected phone call from the store manager of a grocery store that I bought a bunch of skunky beer from (domestic craft beer in brown bottles no less). I complained up the ladder about the beer handling. The store manager called me, thanked me for alerting him to a problem he wasn't aware of, offered me a gift certificate for more than twice what I payed for the beer, and vowed to work with his vendor to figure out where the problem happened and make sure it stops. Hopefully less people get skunkwater from that store in the future, and I'm glad I made a difference

Also, just mashed in my Strawberry Blonde.
Next: Wheat Mild, English IPA
Primary: WGV Bitter
Souring: Brett C Old Ale, '15 Lambic, '14 Lambic, Flanders Red, Flemish Pale, Oud Bruin, Kriek
Bottled: Gose, Lichtenhainer, Irish Red, Dry Stout, Gruit, Porter, Wit, Tripel, Blond
Casked: Pale Mild, Oat Mild, BX Bitter
Cellar: '10 Brett B Tripel, '11 Lambic, '13 Brett C Barleywine, '13 Quad, '13 Sour Stout, '14 Brett C Bitter, '14 Wild Cider, '15 Wee Heavy, '15 Brett B Red, '15 Brett L Kriek, '15 Bière de Garde
