Anyone brewed this before? I am planning on using it in one of my mash extract recipes.
My recipe will involve a partial mash with English 2 row/Vienna as well as some Kent Goldings added at various times and a secondary ferment dry hopped with Kent Goldings hops, as well. I am going to pitch this extract in to make up for my inability to do a full 23L batch.
I am ordering some equipt to allow me to run a BIAB setup for spring. In the mean time, I am so new at this (4 brews under my belt) I am fine with tinkering around with mash/extract. It gets me used to working with grains and the extract is kinda like training wheels...You can still get to where you wanna go.. Haha.
Looks like a damn nice brew ..
