Default Maple mead

I wanna do a three gallon batch of a mead with a little bit of maple and some peaches I think. I'm not sure how to proportion it evenly to make a good flavor. Any advice?

I dont know, as I am searching for maple info myself. But it sounds yummy. I am getting ready to do a vanilla, Ginger, and nutmeg mead, but peaches sound good!
