Is it ok to put cooled wort on top of this much star San foam? Im chilling now. By the way this forum on the iPhone is kick ass while brewing!

I would have. Just cleaned up though.. It was was a python on a foam snake.

Woo, foamsnake! Love it!

Don't fear the foam. I've had more in my fermenters, & the beer turned out fine. Hooray yeast nutrition
