I brewed 10 gallons of my Evil Eye PA today.

10114.75

And why do we have .75 gallons? I typically have maybe a gallon extra in the fermenter, but I only count the final batch volume. Can we just call it an even number, and not include the .xx?

Sounds good. I'm just over 10 here anyway

First all grain: 5 gallons of a cream ale. Miscalculated and wound up a bit low on the gravity, but hey, it's beer!

14125 (correction) + 5 = 14130

10g Wild Hoss Sour = 10135
