For the folks playing with steam infusion mashing...question
I am looking to automate the steam control into the manifold via a temp controller sensing my circulating wort (I plan to recirc).
Has anyone used a solenoid valve for this purpose? I'm figuring a 3/8" port and was wondering about a good source for valves. I found STC but wondered if anyone had implemented something like this already.
