Default Pig down, meat smoked.

Some friends and I went in and bought this pig,





here are some of the final products:


tasso

Romanian and polish sausage

Kabanosy

bacon and canadian bacon. She was a little thin to make good bacon

bologna-mainly deer


Sausage Recipes
