Since my burners aren't here yet. Can anyone tell me the measurements of the mounting points on the BG-14 burners? Are they fairly consistent?

In a word: No
You need 11.25" side to side. The bolts are 6 x 1.0 (metric). Drill .375" holes and use larger washers.

Its 11" across from mounting points if you want to have the bell sticking out at 90 degrees you need to put 45 degree pieces in.

Sorry Chris, I beg to disagree. Note the link, I'm a vendor building brew stands.

Having mounted about 2 dozen of these, trust me on the 11.25" If you use a 4" deep wind screen, the actual burner will sit low enough that the bell will clear the bottom.
Depending on the depth of your stand you can mount the wind screen at 45 degrees.

Thanks all. I'm going to go with 45 mounting. I imagine that they probably vary by at least 1/8" so it would be a good idea to use the 11.25" measurement. Thanks hoppy guy, I was hoping you would chime in since I know you are always making these.

Ok, I added gussets for mounting the castors and the 45's for the burners (which I only tacked in place until I actually receive my burners)
