I have started looking into it. The SNUBA was just a way to give it a try without all the training, equipment and cost of getting certified.

Coki Beach, St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands

They had some nice coral and wide expanses of sugar-like sand that was awesome for snorkeling and diving.
