Yes and if you join the Home Brewers Association you get Zymurgy. Another good magazine.

it's a little better than decent... but yeah BYO is a magazine about the brewing in the home and such of Beer

I have seen a few threads on here that talk about brewing magazines so search should give you some more ideas but I currently receive BYO, Zymurgy, and The Beer Connoisseur. I find all of these to be excellent.
