Default Bottling Question.

Apple cider batch, in secondry , i Added Potassium sorbate, and Apple juice conentrate to Back sweeten . Tasted some before bottling was great . It's been in my Basement now for 10 days, looks funny .How long to i let it sit before it clears and is drinkable?

It's cider, so it may never clear. As for drinkable, that's up to you.

no doubt. I personally don't mind cloudy if it tastes good.

I prefer a cloudy cider, because generally speaking the clearer it is, the less apple retention it has. For example my Drunken Emu Cider (sig) looks pretty much the same way coming out as it did going in.

Does the cream cheese wine look the same coming out as it did going in?
